Frequently Asked Questions

How should I prepare for a laser treatment?

Avoid sun exposure, tanning and self-tan for about two weeks before your session. Shave the treatment area the day before (don't wax or pluck), and come with clean skin — no lotions, deodorant or make-up on the area. We'll go through everything with you at your consultation.

Do I need a patch test?

Yes — for laser and certain treatments we do a patch test beforehand to check how your skin responds and keep you safe. This is usually done at your consultation, ahead of your first full session.

What aftercare do I need?

Keep the area clean and moisturised, avoid direct sun and use SPF, and skip hot showers, saunas, swimming and intense exercise for 24–48 hours. Avoid harsh products on the area for a few days. We'll give you tailored aftercare advice based on your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.
