These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Beauty by Nyasha website and your purchase of products and services from us. By using this website, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Beauty by Nyasha is a beauty studio and skincare retailer based at 238 Lochner Road, Corner Gouws Avenue & Lochner Road, Raslouw, Centurion, South Africa. You can reach us on 071 530 8733 or at beautybynyasha@gmail.com.

2. Products and Services

We sell professional skincare products and offer beauty treatments by appointment. We make every effort to display products, prices and descriptions accurately. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item supplied.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is received. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

4. Payment

Online card payments are processed securely by PayFast. We also accept EFT and, for treatments, payment in-studio. We do not store your card details. Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection options, fees and timeframes are set out in our Delivery Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your rights to return products and request refunds are set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Appointments and Bookings

Treatments are by appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit on future bookings. A consultation and, where relevant, a patch test are recommended before your first treatment.

8. Use of Products and Disclaimer

Our product information and skincare routines are general guidance, not medical advice. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, and consult a professional if you have a skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Beauty by Nyasha or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beauty by Nyasha is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the goods or service purchased.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
