Delivery Policy

This policy explains how you receive the products you buy from Beauty by Nyasha.

1. Delivery Options and Fees

Studio collection — free. Collect your order from our studio at 238 Lochner Road, Raslouw, Centurion, by arrangement.
Courier delivery — a flat fee of R99, and free for orders over R1 500. We deliver within South Africa.

2. Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days to main centres, and a little longer to outlying areas. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

Delivery timeframes and courier coverage are estimates. If your area is remote, we will confirm the timeline and any adjustment before dispatch.

4. Tracking and Communication

We will keep you updated on your order by email or WhatsApp. If anything affects your delivery, we will contact you.

5. Collection Details

For studio collection, we will let you know when your order is ready. Collections are by appointment during studio hours (Monday to Saturday). Please bring your order confirmation.

6. Failed or Incorrect Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or nobody is available to receive it, a re-delivery fee may apply.
