Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns, refunds and exchanges for products, and cancellations for treatments, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
1. Skincare Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund, and we will cover the return cost in these cases.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us on 071 530 8733 or beautybynyasha@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for the return. Please do not send anything back before contacting us so we can guide you.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unopened product for a different one, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange it, subject to availability.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Treatments and Deposits
Treatments are by appointment. Deposits secure your booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit is retained toward a future booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Treatment results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed, so treatment fees are not refundable once a service has been performed.
