Beauty by Nyasha respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

- Order and booking details: items purchased, appointments requested, and any notes you provide.
- Newsletter and marketing sign-ups, where you opt in.
- Basic technical information needed to run the site (for example, items saved in your cart on your own device).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders and confirm your bookings.
- To contact you about your order, appointment, or an enquiry.
- To send you offers and updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our records and improve our service.
3. Lawful Basis
We process your information to fulfil our contract with you (your order or booking), to meet legal obligations, and, for marketing, on the basis of your consent.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business:
- PayFast — to process card payments securely.
- EmailJS — to send you booking confirmations, receipts and reminders.
- Supabase — secure database hosting for our orders and bookings.
- Courier partners — to deliver your order, where you choose delivery.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and preferences on your own device. We do not use invasive tracking. If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer data is restricted and password-protected.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights

9. Children
Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent.
